PLAYERS TO WATCH

–RB Nathan Cottrell had his most productive game as a rusher. The senior carried nine times for a career-high 90 yards and one touchdown against North Carolina.

–DE Anree Saint-Amour had nine tackles, one for loss, one QB hurry and an interception. It was the senior’s second interception of the season. He has 35 tackles, 10.5 of them for loss.

–DB Juanyeh Thomas continues to have an impact on special teams. The freshman made three tackles on kick returns, returned one punt for 12 yards and returned a kickoff for 24 yards.

–PK Wesley Wells kicked a 22-yard field goal against North Carolina. The walk-on freshman is 32-for-32 on extra points and 2-for-2 on field goal tries since winning the job.

SERIES HISTORY: Miami leads Georgia Tech 12-11. The Hurricanes have won the last three meetings, including 25-24 in 2017 at Miami.
