The game and the rankings were on the line for the Nittany Lions. The season was on the line for the Buckeyes.

With a win, No. 2 Penn State would solidify its position just before the first College Football Bowl rankings were released. With a loss, No. 6 Ohio State would be virtually out of consideration for one of the final four playoff spots after the season.

Playing in Columbus, Ohio, the visitors led, 38-33, with just under two minutes left in the game. But senior tight end Marcus Baugh caught a 16-yard touchdown pass from quarterback J.T. Barrett with 1:48 remaining and the Buckeyes held on for a 39-38 win after trailing earlier by 15 points.

Baugh’s victory clinching reception is this week’s U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish “Catch of the Week.”

Remember … for the tailgate tent or the pre-game party, U. S. Farm-Raised Catfish is always “the winning catch.”
