Ty Storey – Noteworthy
Former University of Arkansas quarterback Ty Storey will transfer to play for Western Kentucky in 2019 as a graduate transfer, he announced Wednesday on his Instagram account. “WKU showed a lot of love early,” Storey told the Courier Journal. “We stayed in contact through the whole process. “I really like all of their coaches and the players that I have met.” Storey is a native of Charleston, Arkansas, and pledged to his dream school in 2015 over schools like Alabama, Louisville and Auburn. Storey started nine games and played in 10 his junior year, completing 143 of 250 of his passes for 1,584 yards with 11 touchdowns and 10 interceptions.
