For Florida State, a disappointing season was on the verge of disaster. After two defeats and two games cancelled or postponed due to hurricanes, a loss to undefeated Wake Forest would run the season-opening record to 0-3 for the first time in 41 years.

With under a minute in regulation, the Demon Deacons and FSU were tied with overtime and a possible loss looming ahead.

That’s when junior wide receiver Auden Tate saved the day. With 53 seconds remaining, freshman quarterback James Blackman hit Tate with a 40-yard touchdown throw to rally the Seminoles to a 26-19 win. The game winner, Tate’s second reception of the game, is the U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish “Catch of the Week.”

Remember … for the tailgate tent or the pre-game party, U. S. Farm-Raised Catfish is always “the winning catch.”
