There was no change at the top of the CFP rankings that were released Tuesday night.

Clemson claimed the top spot followed by Alabama, Ohio State and Notre Dame.

Undefeated Iowa sits fifth and right behind the Hawkeyes is where the drama starts to boil.

Unbeaten Oklahoma State and Oklahoma (9-1) moved up after beating previously undefeated Baylor. Losses last week by Stanford, Utah and LSU allowed the Cowboys and Sooners to get within striking distance of the New Year’s Eve party when the top four teams will meet.

Florida and Michigan State took advantage of last week’s upsets to get back into the top 10. The Gators are ranked eighth, followed by the Spartans at No. 9.
