ABC will open the 2019 season with a primetime game pitting Oregon and Auburn on Aug. 31 at 7:30 p.m. ET.

Oregon and Auburn square off at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, a rematch of the 2011 BCS National Championship game. Auburn won the game 22-19 in Glendale, Ariz.

In ABC’s second primetime game of the 2019 season, LSU travels to take on Texas in Austin.

Texas and LSU are playing for the 18th time, most recently in the 2003 Cotton Bowl, which went to the Longhorns, 35-20.

The first conference game of the ABC primetime slate is Clemson visiting Syracuse in what is the home opener and homecoming for the Orange.

The national title-winning Tigers lost only one regular-season game the past two seasons — 27-24 to Syracuse at the Carrier Dome in 2017.

Clemson won the 2018 meeting, 27-23.
