PLAYERS TO WATCH

–RB Rakeem Boyd, a sophomore from Stratford, Texas, had his streak of four consecutive games with at least 99 yards snapped in a big way against LSU. Boyd gained 30 yards on 10 carries before leaving with an ankle injury as Arkansas ran for just 16 yards as a team. If he can stay healthy, Boyd will continue to be the focal point of Arkansas’ running game as injuries have hit the Razorbacks’ backfield hard.

–TE Cheyenne O’Grady, a junior from Fayetteville, Ark., has been Arkansas’ most consistent receiver and had his best game of the season against LSU. O’Grady caught six passes for 75 yards, including a pair of touchdown catches in the fourth quarter. He leads the team with 27 catches and six receiving touchdowns and is second with 359 yards receiving.

–LB Dre Greenlaw, a senior from Fayetteville who injured an ankle in the Razorbacks’ loss to Vanderbilt on Oct. 27, bounced back strong against LSU with 12 tackles.

SERIES HISTORY: Arkansas leads the series with Mississippi State 16-11 with one tie.

QUOTE TO NOTE: “I’m very proud that our team fought hard. There was no quit. There was a constant fight with our guys and it has been that way all year.” — Arkansas coach Chad Morris.
