Another week, another big-time matchup for Alabama.
After pounding Tennessee, top-ranked Alabama gets No. 6 Texas A&M in Bryant-Denny Stadium on Saturday. Kickoff is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. ET.
The good thing about being a player at Alabama is that no moment is ever too big. Alabama is used to these types of high-profile matchups.
“It definitely helps when you’ve played in games like this before,” said Alabama linebacker Shaun Dion Hamilton. “When you play in the SEC, every game is like that for real. We just have to keep our poise and not let the stage get too big for us.”
This is the third game in a three-game stretch of ranked opponents for Alabama. If Alabama can get through this week with a victory, the Crimson Tide has its bye week to rest up for the final stretch.
Alabama’s November schedule sets up favorably for the Crimson Tide to make a run at the SEC Championship Game as well as the College Football Playoff.
Alabama must first take care of business against a talented Texas A&M team.
“A lot of things are important for us to do very well in this game,” Alabama coach Nick Saban said. “It’s going to take all phases going well for us to have a chance to be successful in this game.”

–DL Jonathan Allen made four tackles with three solo stops and a tackle for loss. He added his fifth sack of the season and the 23rd of his career to tie for third place in career sacks at Alabama
–LB Reuben Foster finished the Tennessee game with four tackles, 1.5 tackles for loss and a pass breakup.
–RT Jonah Williams posted a grade of 90 percent from the right tackle position without allowing a quarterback hurry or a sack.
