GAME BREAKDOWN

KEY MATCHUP: For Georgia, it’s becoming more physical on defense, especially when it comes to stopping the run. Middle Tennessee rushed for 158 yards two weeks ago while Missouri totaled 172 last Saturday. With the meat of the SEC schedule still to come, the Bulldogs know they have to shore up that aspect of their play and will look to do that against the Volunteers.

DRAFT SLANT

–CB Deandre Baker continues to enjoy an amazing year for the Bulldogs. Routinely matched against the opposing team’s wide receiver, Baker continues to get the upper hand. Last year, Missouri’s Emanuel Hall caught four passes for 144 yards and two touchdowns against Georgia. Against Baker, Hall didn’t come down with a single catch.

ROSTER REPORT:

–OG Ben Cleveland is out for an undetermined amount of time after breaking his fibula against Missouri.

–TE Jackson Harris expects to play after missing the first four games with a foot injury.

–WR Tyler Simmons is doubtful after injuring his shoulder against Missouri.
