Former Texas Rangers designated hitter Mike Napoli agreed to a one-year, $7 million deal with the Cleveland Indians.

Napoli, 34, could also play first base for the Indians. He hit .224 last season with 18 home runs and has 204 career homers.

CBS Sports first reported the deal and said Napoli can add approximately $3 million by reach incentives.
