The Sacramento Kings reportedly are bringing free agent forward Eric Moreland back after letting him go earlier this summer.
The Kings will re-sign Moreland to a one-year contract that includes guarantees, according to reports on Thursday.
Moreland was waived in late July before his guaranteed salary for the 2015-16 season kicked in on Aug. 1. His addition brings the Kings’ roster to 15 players, which is the regular-season limit.
Moreland will join a crowded frontcourt that includes DeMarcus Cousins, Kosta Koufos and Willie-Cauley Stein.
The 23-year-old Moreland is considered a good defender and rebounder. He played in three games for the Kings last season and had two points and one rebound.
