At least four people have been killed and at least 11 others injured at a Jacksonville, Fla., mall that was hosting a Madden NFL 19 qualifying tournament.

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office tweeted there were “multiple fatalities at the scene, many transported” and that a suspect had been killed. It wasn’t known if there was a second suspect.

The Madden tournament was being livestreamed and there is video of the incident. A shotgun blast can he heard and reportedly one gamer was struck in the hand.

EA Sports, which makes Madden NFL 19, said it was aware of the incident and was working with authorities to gather facts.

“This is a horrible situation, and our deepest sympathies go out to all involved,” EA Sports tweeted.

The sheriff’s office said it’s finding people hiding all over Jackson Landing.

The sheriff tweeted, “We ask you to stay calm, stay where you are hiding. SWAT is doing a methodical search inside The Landing. We will get to you. Please don’t come running out.”

This is a developing story. Check back for details.
