Bills running backs LeSean McCoy and backup Karlos Williams are out for Sunday’s game against the Tennessee Titans, when Boobie Dixon is expected to start for Buffalo.

McCoy didn’t play last week in a loss to the New York Giants, opting to rest a hamstring injury that first cropped up in August, and said he doesn’t plan to return to the field until he’s 100 percent healthy.

Williams started in McCoy’s place last week and scored for the fourth time in four games, the only NFL player who can make that claim. But he did not pass concussion tests this week and was ruled out officially on Friday.

Dixon is likely to start against the Titans and share time, coach Rex Ryan said. Cierre Wood and newcomer Dan Herron, signed to the active roster on Monday, are the primary backups.
