Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck repeatedly told fans to not “freak out” about his surgically repaired throwing shoulder.

Luck, 27, reported to training camp Saturday but opens on the active physically unable to perform list and can’t participate in practice.

“I would say that there’s no reason to freak out,” Luck told reporters Saturday. “I will be better than I was coming into this coming out. I know that. I don’t know what day it’s going to be, I don’t know what week, I don’t know when it’s going to be, but I definitely will be.

“So there’s no reason to freak out. And on that note, football is the greatest team game in the world. No one person is bigger than the team and I’ve always felt that. We’ve got a solid, solid team that is forming at this complex. So no reason to freak out.”

–The Tennessee Titans agreed to terms with wide receiver Corey Davis, the No. 5 overall pick in this year’s draft, as the team kicked off training camp practice.

The Titans have now reached contracts with all nine members of the 2017 draft class. Davis was the last first-round pick to agree to terms.

The holdup was over “offset language” in his contract, Titans coach Mike Mularkey said Friday.

Davis received a four-year contract worth an estimated $25.4 million, with a $16.6 million signing bonus, according to The Tennessean.

–Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones denied he hired a dive team after losing a $100,000 earring while tumbling off a Jet Ski.

Jones cleared up the story from an initial television report earlier this week.

“I didn’t hire anyone like a dive team,” Jones told reporters Saturday after the third day of training camp. “I did not do that. It was insured. I was fine. I didn’t get thrown off anything. I jumped off the Jet Ski. So let’s clear it up.”

Jones emerged from a ride on the motor-propelled personal watercraft on Lake Lanier in Georgia and noticed one of his massive diamond-stud earrings dislodged when he crashed into the water. He otherwise was unharmed during the joy ride.

–Baltimore Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco supports the idea of Colin Kaepernick joining the team as his backup this season.

Flacco told reporters Friday that he thinks Baltimore would be a “good spot” for Kaepernick.

“I would like to see Colin get back in (the NFL) and, at some point, maybe get another shot (to be a starter),” Flacco said. “I wouldn’t like that to be here. I do not want him to get another shot (to be a starter) here, but yes, he can come here and have some fun. I think it would be a good spot for him.”

Flacco, who is entering his 10th season as the Ravens’ starter, said he would not feel threatened if the Ravens were to sign Kaepernick.

–The Oakland Raiders claimed running back George Atkinson III on waivers from the Cleveland Browns, the team announced.

Atkinson spent parts of three seasons with the Raiders after they signed him as an undrafted free agent in May 2014. He was waived and picked up by Cleveland in September 2016.

The 6-foot-1, 218-pounder appeared in 16 games with the Browns last season, rushing seven times for 34 yards and a touchdown. He also returned eight kicks for an average of 17.1 yards.

The former Notre Dame product also appeared in five games with Oakland in 2014, averaging 19.1 yards on seven kick returns. His father, George Atkinson Jr., was a defensive back for the Raiders in 10 of his 11 NFL seasons.

–The Colts restored safety Malik Hooker to the active roster from the physically unable to perform list.

Hooker, the 15th overall pick in this year’s draft, tweaked a hamstring during a conditioning test Monday. The 21-year-old and former Ohio State standout had hip and sports hernia surgeries before the NFL Scouting Combine. Hooker missed the Colts’ offseason program.

The Colts also placed defensive end Kendall Langford (knee) and center/guard Brian Schwenke (foot) on the PUP list.
