EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. — Quarterback Jared Goff threw four touchdown passes, including three in the first half, as the Los Angeles Rams steamrolled the New York Giants 51-17 at a MetLife Stadium.

The 51 points allowed by the Giants represented the most they have given up in a home game since Sept. 19, 1999, when Washington scored 50.

The Rams (6-2), who won their third straight game, scored on five of their first six drives in the first half, with two of their scoring drives set up by Giants turnovers.

The Giants (1-7) tied the score 7-7 on a 14-play drive in the first quarter, but it was all downhill from there.

Giants quarterback Eli Manning became the seventh player in NFL history to pass for 50,000 yards, joining Peyton Manning, Brett Favre, Tom Brady, Dan Marino, John Elway and Drew Brees.

Eagles 51, Broncos 23

PHILADELPHIA — Carson Wentz threw four touchdown passes, Jay Ajayi rushed for a 46-yard score in his debut with his new team and Philadelphia won its seventh consecutive game.

The Eagles improved to 8-1, the best mark in the National Football League.

Wentz tossed at least three touchdown passes for the fourth time in the last five games. He also became the youngest player to throw at least 23 touchdown passes through nine games since Dan Marino had 27 in 1984. Wentz was 15 of 27 for 199 yards..

The reeling Broncos fell to 3-5 and 0-4 on the road. Brock Osweiler, who replaced Trevor Siemian as the starting quarterback, finished 18 of 37 for 207 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions.

Titans 23, Ravens 20

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Taking advantage of two short fields and one clutch drive, Tennessee edged Baltimore to remain in a tie for first place in the AFC South.

Tennessee (5-3) led just 16-13 when Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco threw a 3-yard touchdown pass to Javorius Allen with 8:56 left in the game. That was the first touchdown against the Titans’ defense in 10 quarters.

But Tennessee responded with a 75-yard scoring drive. Marcus Mariota supplied the clinching touchdown on a 10-yard pass to Eric Decker with 3:58 remaining.

Mariota completed 19 of 28 passes for 218 yards and a pair of scores with an interception. Flacco connected on 34 of 52 passes for 261 yards and two scores for the Ravens (4-5) but also tossed two interceptions, both by Kevin Byard.

Saints 30, Buccaneers 10

NEW ORLEANS — Rookie running back Alvin Kamara scored two touchdowns and accounted for a career-high 152 yards from scrimmage to help New Orleans claim its sixth consecutive victory.

The Saints (6-2) knocked out Tampa Bay quarterback Jameis Winston late in the first half when he aggravated a shoulder injury after being slammed to the turf by defensive end Alex Oakfor.

Winston finished 7-of-13 passes for 67 yards, but his longest pass went for 14 yards. Tampa Bay (2-6) lost its fifth consecutive game.

Kamara scored on a 33-yard screen pass and a 6-yard run, and he finished with 84 yards on six receptions and 68 yards rushing on 10 carries.

Drew Brees was 22 of 27 for 263 yards and two scores.

Panthers 20, Falcons 17

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Carolina blanked Atlanta for most of the final three quarters to get the win and improve to 6-3.

Christian McCaffrey and Cam Newton scored on short touchdown runs as the Panthers wiped out an early 10-0 hole to win for the second week in a row.

Atlanta (4-4) had a chance when it regained possession at its own 21-yard line with 2:18 to play. Instead, the Falcons lost 3 yards and turned the ball over on downs.

Jaguars 23, Bengals 7

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Jacksonville used a quality defensive effort, a huge special teams play and an efficient outing from quarterback Blake Bortles to record its first home win of the season.

The Jaguars’ defense held the Bengals to 148 yards as the team improved to 5-3, while Cincinnati fell to 3-5.

Bortles completed 24 of 38 passes for 259 yards with a touchdown and no turnovers. He also ran for 21 yards.

Cornerback Jaydon Mickens returned a punt 63 yards for a touchdown with 14:35 left in the fourth quarter to give the Jaguars a 23-7 lead.

Jaguars cornerback Jalen Ramsey and Cincinnati receiver A.J. Green were both ejected in the final seconds of the first half after being involved in a fight. Jaguars rookie running back Leonard Fournette was inactive for the game because he violated a team rule.

Colts 20, Texans 14

HOUSTON — Jacoby Brissett and T.Y. Hilton connected on a pair of long scoring strikes as Indianapolis snapped a three-game losing skid.

The Colts (3-6) held on late, with linebacker Jabaal Sheard recording a sack and forced fumble on Texans quarterback Tom Savage on the final play from the Colts 7-yard line with seven seconds left.

Savage had completed his first career touchdown pass earlier in the fourth quarter, a 34-yard strike to DeAndre Hopkins with 6:11 left, before engineering another drive that nearly enabled Houston (3-5) to get the win.

Savage, starting in place of injured Deshaun Watson, finished 19 of 44 for 219 yards and one touchdown.
