–General manager Brian Gutekunst traded safety Ha Ha Clinton-Dix to Washington on Tuesday. Clinton-Dix has played all but seven snaps since the start of the 2016 season, and he leads all NFL safeties with 14 interceptions during that span. “Ha Ha was like a big brother to me,” fellow safety Kentrell Brice said. “Basically, he and D.P. (former safeties coach Darren Perry), Mo (former Packers safety Morgan Burnett), Micah (former Packers defensive back Micah Hyde) and (former Packers safety Chris) Banjo pretty much taught me everything I know. It was a hard moment to see my dog leaving, just to know he’s going to accomplish his dream and continue to get paid.”

–Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers and Patriots quarterback Tom Brady have six seasons of 30-plus touchdown passes and less than 10 interceptions. No other quarterback in NFL history has more than one such season. Rodgers enters Sunday’s showdown with 13 touchdowns vs. one interception.

–NBC is using Michael Jordan to promote the Rodgers vs. Brady showdown. So, who is the GOAT – the so-called greatest quarterback of all-time?

“I let you guys worry about those types of conversations,” Rodgers said. “I think that’s end-of-career conversations. You look at M.J. and LeBron (James), it’s tough to settle any of those debates because there’s the what-if game and the situation game and who you played for and what era you played in. I’m just worried about winning right now. He’s got five championships, so that ends most discussions, I think.”

BY THE NUMBERS: 6.23 – Yards per carry by RB Aaron Jones, which leads the NFL. Tuesday’s trade of Ty Montgomery should mean more opportunities for Jones. “I’m fine with touching the ball more. It’d be funny to me if you showed me a guy who didn’t want to carry the ball more,” he said.
