–Packers wide receiver Davante Adams, who ranks among the NFL leaders with 100 receptions for 1,315 yards and 12 touchdowns, was selected for the Pro Bowl. “I was excited, definitely excited. Obviously, I worked really hard to being in the position I am, to obviously do a lot, contribute a lot for the football team. Football, it’s cliche, but football is the most team sport that there is. So, (tackle) if Dave (Bakhtiari) and (center) Corey (Linsley) are not handling what they’re doing and obviously A-Rod and what he’s doing for me, none of it is possible. So huge blessing to me, obviously.”

–Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers, who has 23 touchdowns vs. only two interceptions but has completed only 61.8 percent of his passes, also was selected for the Pro Bowl.

“I think there’s a lot of pride with that. Especially knowing the struggles early in the season with my health, and I’m very appreciative. Joe (interim head coach Joe Philbin) called me on the phone, and we had a nice conversation about it. I was in the middle of watching film, so I actually wasn’t paying attention. It means a lot to me to be recognized by the guys. I’m really happy for Davante. We’ve been saying it all year, whether or not – people have been debating, I think – on whether or not he’s an elite player, a No. 1 receiver and all this garbage. He’s had a fantastic year, and he deserves it.

–Left tackle David Bakhtiari was not picked for the Pro Bowl, losing out to New Orleans’ Terron Armstead, Dallas’ Tyron Smith and Washington’s Trent Williams. He was a Pro Bowl snub last year, too, but got the last laugh by earning All-Pro honors. In fact, Bakhtiari is a one-time Pro Bowler but two-time All-Pro. “I think it would be hilarious. Since we’re going to go with different adjectives this year, that would be hilarious.”

–The Packers plucked rookie wide receiver Allen Lazard off Jacksonville’s practice squad. Green Bay might have the tallest receiver corps with the 6-foot-5 Lazard, 6-foot-5 Equanimeous St. Brown, 6-foot-4 Marquez Valdes-Scantling and 6-foot-4 Jake Kumerow.

BY THE NUMBERS: 0 – Road wins for the Packers, who are 0-7 away from Lambeau Field. They haven’t gone winless on the road since the 1950s and never since the NFL went to a 14-game schedule, let alone the 16-game schedule.
