Washington Redskins linebacker Zach Brown appeared to take aim at his team’s coaching staff following a series of tweets Saturday night.

Brown began the Twitter thread at 9:36 p.m. ET with “Smh ppl nowadays,” which translates to “shaking my head, people nowadays.”

The 29-year-old Brown then went a step further while referencing the Redskins’ 38-14 loss to the Atlanta Falcons last Sunday. Brown had a season-low three tackles in the contest versus the Falcons, who rushed for 154 yards and rolled up 491 overall in the rout.

“Own coaches hating and blaming me for Atl loss smh naw B check the film b4 blaming someone eye in the sky don’t lie,” Brown wrote.

Brown closed the discussion by stating “just facts” before deleting the thread entirely.

The 6-foot-1, 250-pound Brown resides second on the team with 50 tackles this season for the NFC East-leading Redskins (5-3), who face the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday.

Brown had 127 tackles and 2.5 sacks in 13 games in his first season with Washington in 2017.

He has collected 587 tackles and 16.5 sacks in 85 career contests with the Redskins and Tennessee Titans, who selected him in the second round of the 2012 NFL Draft.
