The Los Angeles Dodgers activated five-time All-Star outfielder Mookie Betts from the 10-day injured list ahead of Sunday’s series finale against the Arizona Diamondbacks in Phoenix.

Betts missed 11 games with inflammation of his left hip.

The Dodgers also selected the contract of right-hander Yefry Ramirez from Triple-A Oklahoma City.

In corresponding moves, Los Angeles optioned right-hander Mitch White and infielder/outfielder Zach McKinstry to Oklahoma. The team also moved right-hander Jimmie Sherfy to the 60-day injured list to clear room on the 40-man roster.

Betts, 28, is batting .270 this season with 14 home runs, 40 RBIs and 47 walks. Over his eight-year career (the last two in Los Angeles), Betts has a .298 batting average with 169 homers and 549 RBIs in 931 career games.

Ramirez, 27, has played in 15 games (12 starts) for Oklahoma City this season, compiling a 3-3 record with a 5.49 ERA and notching 70 strikeouts in 62 1/3 innings.

White, 25, has played in 15 games for the Dodgers, going 0-0 with a 3.75 ERA over 24 innings. He made his only start of the season Saturday night in an 8-3 win over the Diamondbacks, giving up two runs in 3 2/3 innings and striking out five.

McKinstry, 26, has hit .217 in 58 games while filling in at five positions for the Dodgers this season. He has produced seven home runs and 29 RBIs.
