Heading into its game with Temple on Saturday, Maryland was college football’s hottest offensive football team nationally. In two games, the undefeated Terrapins had averaged 71 points, 635 total yards and 335 yards rushing.

Not anymore!

The Owls shut down the vaunted Maryland offense, while generating enough of its own to defeat Maryland for the second consecutive season, 20-17.

The final touchdown in the game came with just over seven minutes remaining in the fourth quarter when freshman tight end Kenny Yeboah made a one-handed grab of a pass from quarterback Anthony Russo and took it into the end zone. For the game, Yeboah caught four passes for 44 yards and the score.

The game-changing reception, which provided the winning margin for Temple, is this week’s U.S. Farm Raised Catfish “Catch of the Week.”

Remember … for the tailgate tent or the pre-game party, U. S. Farm-Raised Catfish is always “the winning catch.”
