Early in the second quarter in New Orleans, Houston already led Tulane, 28-7, and things looked bad for the home team.

But with just seconds left in the fourth quarter, the score was tied, 31-31, after the Green Wave had scored 24 unanswered points. Tulane had one last chance to prevent overtime.

Senior wide receiver Jalen McCleskey teamed up with quarterback Justin McMillian to do just that.

McCleskey caught a pass over two defenders in the middle of the field from quarterback Justin McMillian, broke a tackle and outran the Cougars defense with just three seconds remaining to help Tulane earn the 38-31 win.

The dramatic reception and run, which provided the winning margin for the Green Wave, is this week’s U.S. Farm Raised Catfish “Catch of the Week.”

For the game, McCleskey caught four passes for 120 yards and two touchdowns.
