Cameron Erving, the No. 27 overall prospect potentially eligible for the 2014 NFL Draft by NFLDraftScout.com, was among three Florida State underclassmen to announce Wednesday they will return to the Seminoles next season.

Erving is a redshirt junior left tackle who converted from the defensive line two years ago. He has been rated as the No. 6 NFL offensive tackle prospect. Also returning to Tallahassee will be juniors wide receiver Rashad Greene and right guard Tre’ Jackson.

Erving was named First Team All-ACC for his work protecting the blind side of Heisman Trophy winning quarterback Jameis Winston.

Greene led the Seminoles with 76 receptions and 1,128 yards this season. He is fourth in FSU history in career receptions (171), sixth in yards (2,465) and seventh in touchdown receptions (22). He is currently rated as the No. 7 junior wide receiver in the country.

Jackson is a veteran of 28 starts since joining the lineup at the 2011 Champs Sports Bowl. He currently projects best as a guard at the next level, and is rated as the No. 3 guard prospect for 2015.

“We have something really special going on here at Florida State,” Erving said. “Of course, I want to be a part of that. I want to mature and grow as a player before I make that big step to the NFL.”
