GAME BREAKDOWN

KEY MATCHUP: Georgia Tech QB TaQuon Marshall vs. Clemson defensive front. The Tech quarterback is quick to tuck it and run — he ran 28 times last week against Pittsburgh. He struggled against the Panthers and things only get tougher against Clemson, which features four potential NFL first-round draft picks on the defensive line. Clelin Ferrell already has five sacks and six tackles for loss, and Austin Bryant has three sacks and four tackles for loss. The Tigers have allowed only 89.3 rushing yards per game. They held Georgia Tech to 230 total yards, 198 of those on the ground, in the game a year ago.

DRAFT SLANT

–OG Parker Braun, a junior, continues to anchor the Georgia Tech offensive line. Braun (6-3, 280) helped the team rush for 320 yards last week. His presence has helped speed the growth of freshman tackle Zach Quinney, who plays alongside him.

ROSTER REPORT:

–FB KirVonte Benson, a junior, is out for the year with knee surgery.

–OL Andrew Marshall, a senior, left the game with a lower body injury on Saturday. He is expected to return this week against Clemson.

–OL Will Bryan, a senior, missed the Pitt game with a lower body injury. He is expected to return to the starting lineup against Clemson.
