PLAYERS TO WATCH

–QB Jawon Pass, a sophomore, led Louisville to a season-high 483 yards last week in the loss to Georgia Tech. He completed 23 of 35 passes for 299 yards and two touchdowns with no interceptions. He has thrown for 605 yards in the past two games.

–S Dee Smith leads Louisville in tackles with 37 after the first six games. The senior from Florence, Ala., had five tackles against Georgia Tech last week.

–WR Tutu Atwell, a freshman, is tied for the team lead in receiving touchdowns (two) and is third in receiving yards (188 yards). The speedster has shown flashes of being an explosive playmaker, coming up with 133 receiving yards and both of his touchdowns in the last two weeks. “He’s made some great catches here lately — being consistent in routes,” co-offensive coordinator and wide receivers coach Lonnie Galloway said. “Once he gets it, he can run with it.”

SERIES HISTORY: Louisville leads Boston College 6-4 and owns a 3-2 record at Chestnut Hill. Last year, BC won 45-42 at Louisville, with Colton Lichtenberg kicking a 27-yard field goal as time expired.
