Former Arkansas receiver Jordan Jones said he has elected to continue his college career at Cincinnati.

Jones will be immediately eligible as a graduate transfer.

Jones entered the transfer portal in December. He also considered East Carolina and Hawaii.

A big factor is the presence of Cincinnati running backs coach Dan Enos, who was offensive coordinator at Arkansas during Jones’ first two seasons (2016-17) at the SEC school.

“Man, my relationship with Enos goes back to my 10th grade year of high school,” Jones told 247Sports. “He has always treated me with respect and always acknowledged my skill set. He thinks very highly of me. When he was at Arkansas, me and him had a great relationship.”

Jones missed his junior season in 2019 after undergoing ankle surgery.

He caught 21 passes for 401 yards and three touchdowns in 12 games (six starts) as a redshirt freshman in 2017. The numbers dropped to 17 receptions for 191 yards and one score in 12 games in 2018.
