Texas defensive tackles D’Andre Christmas-Giles and Gerald Wilbon both entered the NCAA transfer portal, 247Sports.com reported.

Both are graduate transfers and will be eligible to play for another FBS school in 2020.

Christmas-Giles (6-3, 315) appeared in 20 games for the Longhorns, registering six tackles, one sack and one fumble recovery. Because he only played in one game in 2019, he has one year of eligibility remaining.

Wilbon (6-3, 325) played in 36 games and posted 19 tackles, a half-sack and a fumble recovery. He played in just three games last season, leaving him one year of eligibility remaining.

Both players were members of the Longhorns’ 2016 recruiting class. Christmas-Giles was a four-star signee and rated the No. 35 defensive tackle in the nation by 247Sports.com. Wilbon was a three-star recruit and the No. 47 DT. Both players are from Louisiana.
