In a back-and-forth game that was tied three times and had three lead changes, it all came down to overtime.

Undefeated, sixth-ranked Oklahoma State was knotted up with the visiting Texas, 34-34.

For, Longhorns’ quarterback Sam Ehlinger, it had not been a stellar game. The senior had passed for just 154 yards and had been sacked five times. In contrast, Cowboys’ quarterback Spencer Sanders had passed for 400 yards and four touchdowns.

But when it counted most, the plays went for Texas.

Ehlinger connected with redshirt sophomore wide receiver Joshua Moore on a 15-yard touchdown pass in the first overtime to give the Longhorns a 40-34 victory. It was Moore’s only grab in the game.

Moore’s game-winning touchdown reception is this week’s U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish “Catch of the Week.”

Remember … for the tailgate tent or the pre-game party, U. S. Farm-Raised Catfish is always “the winning catch.”

The Catfish Institute, or TCI, was formed in 1986 by catfish farmers and feed manufacturers to raise consumer awareness of the positive qualities of U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish. Since its formation, U.S. per capita consumption has more than doubled.

U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish is a sustainable and environmentally friendly seafood product. The National Audubon Society, Monterey Bay Aquarium, and Environmental Defense all recommend U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish as a safe environmental choice. To find out more, visit www.uscatfish.com.
