There were just more than three minutes left in the game and two-touchdown favorite Texas trailed Texas Tech in Lubbock by 15 points. For most observers, it was an impossible situation. But for Longhorn senior quarterback Sam Ehlinger and sophomore wide receiver Joshua Moore the deficit wasn’t impossible at all.

After a Texas touchdown cut the margin to eight points, the ‘Horns recovered the onside kick. It was time for Ehlinger and Moore to take over.

The two connected on a touchdown pass with only 40 seconds remaining and a successful two-point conversion sent the game to overtime.

It didn’t take long for the outcome to be settled. On the third play of Texas’ possession, Moore pulled in a 12-yard scoring strike from Ehlinger, sealing the thrilling come-from-behind 63-56 win.

For the game, Moore had five catches, including three for touchdowns. His game-winner in overtime is this week’s U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish “Catch of the Week.”

Remember … for the tailgate tent or the pre-game party, U. S. Farm-Raised Catfish is always “the winning catch.”

The Catfish Institute, or TCI, was formed in 1986 by catfish farmers and feed manufacturers to raise consumer awareness of the positive qualities of U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish. Since its formation, U.S. per capita consumption has more than doubled.

U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish is a sustainable and environmentally friendly seafood product. The National Audubon Society, Monterey Bay Aquarium, and Environmental Defense all recommend U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish as a safe environmental choice. To find out more, visit www.uscatfish.com.
