Indiana senior left tackle Coy Cronk was carted off the field Saturday during the first quarter against Connecticut with an apparent leg injury.
Cronk has made 39 career starts for the Hoosiers, dating back to his freshman season.
With Cronk out, redshirt sophomore Caleb Jones moved from right tackle to left tackle with redshirt senior DaVondre Love taking over at right tackle.
