PRIMARY STRENGTHS: The Blue Raiders have returning starters at quarterback, running back and receiver from a productive offense. The return of four starters on the defensive front, including a potential starting redshirt freshman, should lead to an improved run defense. The Raiders are particularly well-stocked at defensive end.
POTENTIAL PROBLEMS: Newcomers are going to have to step up right away on the offensive line if the Raiders are going to take advantage of their experience at the skill positions. The defense still has critical spots to fill at linebacker and in the secondary.
