GAME BREAKDOWN

KEY MATCHUP: Utah continues to have one of the top defenses in the nation, ranked No. 7 (and No. 1 in the Pac-12) allowing only 287.0 yards a game. ASU’s offense has shown average production overall, averaging 422.9 yards a game. The Utes’ passing defense, ranked No. 4 in the Pac-12 allowing 205.9 yards a game, will be tested by ASU’s combination of quarterback Manny Wilkins and receiver N’Keal Harry (46 receptions for 667 yards). Wilkins is the fifth-leading quarterback in the league, averaging 245.6 yards passing a game.

DRAFT SLANT

–WR N’Keal Harry, projected to be a first-round draft selection, led the Sun Devils with 203 all-purpose yards against USC last week. He caught four passes for 95 yards and carried the ball twice for 5 yards in addition to his 92-yard punt return for a touchdown.

ROSTER REPORT:

–S Dasmond Tautalatasi injured his elbow in the win over Michigan State in early September while making an interception. He did not play in five games before he was inserted into the game last week at USC. He finished with four tackles.

–DT D.J. Davidson, a freshman, suffered a broken ankle at USC last week and is out for the remainder of the season.

–LB Koron Crump is no longer with the team after deciding to concentrate on becoming 100 percent healthy in preparation for ASU’s pro day next spring, according to multiple reports. He received a sixth year of eligibility ahead of this season after suffering an ACL tear in his left knee on Sept. 16, 2017, against Texas Tech. At the time, he was leading the Pac-12 in sacks.
