PLAYERS TO WATCH

–RB Jermar Jefferson continued his monster season with 254 rushing yards and two touchdowns against Arizona State. The true freshman is second nationally with 727 yards and his 6.92 yards per carry is tops among players with 100-plus carries.

–WR Timmy Hernandez has emerged as OSU’s second-best receiving option behind Isaiah Hodgins. The senior had seven catches for 61 yards at Arizona State and is up to 26 catches for the season. He needs 123 more receiving yards to be the 31st Beaver to reach the 1,000-yard mark for a career.

–Another start on Saturday will be the 30th in a row for LT Blake Brandel, who has held that spot since the start of the 2016 season.

–S Jalen Moore is fifth in the Pac-12 with 29 solo tackles. The junior’s 8.4 total tackles per game is tied for ninth in the conference.

SERIES HISTORY: Oregon State is 47-52-3 against Washington State all-time, that win total tied with Oregon for most by the Beavers against any Pac-12 opponent. WSU has won the last four meetings but the two most recent games in Corvallis were one-score outcomes.
