Arroyo is looking forward to his third season of working with quarterback Justin Herbert, who put off the NFL to return for his senior year. “I think each year we’ve taken a little bit different of an approach,” Arroyo said. “I think the key for us is we’re real comfortable around each other, but you can’t get too comfortable. My approach for him his senior year is, No. 1, making this experience the best it can be for him, because you only get this shot being this age at this place once being in Power 5 football as a senior, and it’s got to be fun. “And then pushing him to an extent where … he’s got a lot of things that he’s done a really nice job with, but where’s one or two things I can really find and go, ‘hey man, this one practice we’re going to work on this.'” – The Oregonian
