PLAYERS TO WATCH

–LB Peyton Pelluer played his 50th career game Saturday against California. WR Gabe Marks and DL Daniel Ekuale hold the school record with 51 games played. Pelluer recorded 10 tackles against the Golden Bears, his fourth game with 10-plus tackles this season. Pelluer increased his career total to 325, tied for seventh-most in school history.

–QB Gardner Minshew II, a graduate transfer from East Carolina who has developed into a Heisman Trophy candidate, threw for 334 yards against Cal last week, increasing his season total to 3,517, eighth-most in school history.

–RB James Williams had 10 receptions for 53 yards against the Golden Bears, his second game this season with 10 catches.

–S Jalen Thompson recorded a season-high eight tackles, along with 0.5 tackles for loss, against Cal.

SERIES HISTORY: Washington State trails its series with Colorado 6-5. This is only the second game between the teams to be played in Boulder since 2012.
