PLAYERS TO WATCH

–LB Peyton Pelluer played his 46th career game when the Cougars hosted Utah last week. Former WR Gabe Marks and DL Daniel Ekuale hold the school record with 51 games played. Pelluer made a game-high 13 tackles, his second straight double-digit tackles game and 10th of his career.

–QB Gardner Minshew II, a graduate transfer from East Carolina, threw for 445 yards against Utah, his fifth straight 300-yard game. Minshew also rushed for his second touchdown of the season.

–WR Easop Winston Jr.’s 89-yard touchdown catch against Utah was the longest since Vince Mayle’s 90-yarder against Cal in 2014. Winston Jr. caught four passes for 115 yards, his second-straight 100-yard game.

–WR Dezmon Patmon caught five passes for 112 yards against Utah, his first career 100-yard game, and he caught his second touchdown of the season. Patmon’s 65-yard touchdown catch was the longest since River Cracraft’s 71-yard touchdown against Arizona in 2016.

SERIES HISTORY: Washington State leads Oregon State 52-47-3 with the Cougars winning the last four meetings. Washington State has also won three of the last four games at Corvallis, Ore.
