Three-star quarterback Jalen Kitna of Burleson, Texas, committed to Florida on Tuesday.
The son of former NFL quarterback Jon Kitna is the nation’s No. 27 pro-style QB prospect in the Class of 2021, according to the 247Sports Composite.
The younger Kitna broke the news on social media, tweeting “Committed” with an image of himself in a Gators uniform and the hashtag “ChompDown21.”
Kitna’s father, who played parts of 14 seasons in the NFL with four teams from 1997-2011, now coaches his son at Burleson High School.
