PLAYERS TO WATCH

–QB Feleipe Franks took a step back in his development against Georgia, completing 13-of-21 passes for 105 yards with one TD and one interception. Franks added 30 yards rushing and a rushing TD but also lost a fumble at this own one-yard line, which Georgia converted into a field goal. Franks has still had a solid season with a TD-to-interception ratio of 16-to-6, and it will be curious to see how he bounces back against Missouri.

–WR Freddie Swain is coming off another strong game against Georgia with two catches for 38 yards and a TD. Swain has 13 catches for 263 yards and a team-high five TDs on the season.

–LB Vosean Joseph with a team-high 13 tackles in the Georgia game and had Florida’s lone sack. Joseph has been a dependable piece on UF’s defense all season with a team-high 57 tackles, eight tackles for loss, four sacks and one fumble recovery.

–CB C.J. Williams had a pair of pass breakups, but also was beaten on two passing TDs last season. Williams was pressed into duty when CB C.J. Henderson went down with a back injury and will face another challenge facing a high-powered Missouri passing offense led by senior QB Drew Lock.

SERIES HISTORY: Missouri leads Florida 4-3. Missouri defeated Florida 45-16 in 2017 in Columbia, Mo., in the last meeting.

QUOTE TO NOTE: “We’ve seen it in flashes with him in how he grows. I think he’s grown with learning how to prepare within a game.” — Florida coach Dan Mullen, on how QB Feleipe Franks has developed this season.
