GAME BREAKDOWN

KEY MATCHUP: QB Kellen Mond and the Texas A&M offense, which ranks No. 7 in the FBS in total offense (545.5 yards per game), will have an extra edge against the Razorbacks. Arkansas’ defensive coordinator, John Chavis, previously held the same title at Texas A&M for three years.

“I guess we have an advantage,” Mond said. “We’re still going to have to go out there and execute.”

Arkansas ranks No. 60 in the FBS in total defense (358.8), so the Razorbacks will have their hands full against Mond and the Aggies’ offense.

DRAFT SLANT

–S Donovan Wilson has tallied 17 tackles, including seven solo stops, through four games in 2018. Against Alabama, he had two. However, targeting has been Wilson’s downfall this season as he’s been ejected twice for it. Wilson was ejected during the first quarter of the Aggies’ loss to Alabama and was ejected against Northwestern State in Week 1.

ROSTER REPORT:

–DB Keldrick Carper is probable for Saturday against Arkansas after dealing with an undisclosed injury.

–DE Michael Clemons is still recovering from an injury. Coach Jimbo Fisher says it’s a matter of “doctors and the pain tolerance.” He’s questionable for Saturday.

–CB Clifford Chattman is still “a couple weeks out” with an injury, according to coach Jimbo Fisher.
