Green Bay Packers wide receiver Davante Adams has been ruled out of this weekend’s game against the Dallas Cowboys in Arlington, Texas, the team announced Friday.

Adams did not practice this week after sustaining a toe injury in the Packers’ 34-27 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles on Sept. 26.

The two-time Pro Bowl selection had 10 receptions for a career-high 180 yards against the Eagles before being injured with about 10 minutes to play. Adams did not return to the game for Green Bay (3-1), which saw its last-minute bid to tie the game come up short when quarterback Aaron Rodgers was intercepted in the end zone.

Adams had a breakout season in 2018, recording career highs in receptions (111), receiving yards (1,386) and touchdowns (13). The 26-year-old has 378 yards on 25 catches this season but has yet to find the end zone.

With Adams sidelined, the Packers are expected to lean on second-year receiver Marquez Valdes-Scantling and Geronimo Allison against the Cowboys (3-1).

Green Bay also ruled out running back Jamaal Williams (concussion) and cornerback Tony Brown (hamstring) while listing cornerback Kevin King (groin) as doubtful.

Tackle Bryan Bulaga (shoulder), defensive lineman Montravius Adams (shoulder) and linebackers Kyler Fackrell (shoulder) and Oren Burks (chest) are listed as questionable.
