Boston Red Sox outfielder Shane Victorino is not in the starting lineup for Game 5 of the World Series on Monday night against the host St. Louis Cardinals because of lower back tightness.

Victorino also missed Sunday’s game due to the injury.

Taking his place in the lineup for the second straight game is Jonny Gomes, who is batting fourth and playing left field. Daniel Nava is moving from left field to Victorino’s place in right field.

Second baseman Dustin Pedroia, who usually bats third, is second in the order (where Victorino typically hits). First baseman David Ortiz is shifting from fourth to third in the order. Nava is batting fifth.

The series is tied 2-2 and shifts back to Boston for Game 6 on Wednesday.
