Right-hander Mike Fiers signed a one-year contract to remain with the Oakland Athletics, the team announced Tuesday.

The deal is worth a reported $3.5 million.

Fiers, who reported to Oakland’s training camp in Arizona on Tuesday and passed a physical, won a team-leading six games for the A’s last year. He ranks among Major League Baseball’s leaders in wins since he was acquired by the A’s after the 2018 trading deadline.

Fiers, 35, went 6-3 with a 4.58 earned run average in 11 starts last season. Overall, he’s 26-9 with a 4.00 ERA in 54 games with Oakland.

He tied for seventh in the majors in wins last year, and his 26 wins dating to his acquisition by Oakland on Aug. 6, 2018, are tied for fourth most during that span.

Fiers is 75-62 with a 4.04 ERA in 216 games (197 starts) in 10 seasons with Milwaukee (2011-15), Houston (2015-17), Detroit (2018) and Oakland (2018-20).
