The Philadelphia Eagles expect to see a few familiar faces return to the lineup for Thursday’s home game against the New York Giants.

Eagles coach Doug Pederson said Wednesday that wide receiver DeSean Jackson (hamstring), offensive tackle Lane Johnson (ankle) and cornerback Avonte Maddox (ankle) are in line to play. The three players do not carry an injury designation into Thursday’s contest.

Jackson and Johnson were deemed to be full participants in Wednesday’s walk-through session, while Maddox was a limited participant.

Jackson and Maddox have each missed the last three games for Philadelphia (1-4-1), while Johnson sat out Sunday’s 30-28 setback to Baltimore.

“DeSean is closer, had a really good week of practice,” Pederson said. “I anticipate him. I anticipate Lane as well. Both had a really good week.”

While Pederson feels optimistic about the availability of those three players, the team officially ruled out six players after they did not participate in Wednesday’s walk-through session.

Those players are running back Miles Sanders (knee), tight end Zach Ertz (ankle), wide receiver Alshon Jeffery (foot), defensive tackle Malik Jackson (quad), safety K’Von Wallace (shoulder) and offensive tackle Jack Driscoll (ankle).

Safety Marcus Epps (ribs) was a full participant Wednesday while linebacker Duke Riley (ribs) was limited.

The Giants (1-5) ruled out linebacker Tae Crowder (hamstring), wide receiver C.J. Board (concussion) and defensive back Adrian Colbert (shoulder).

Cornerback Darnay Holmes (neck) was listed as questionable for the game after being limited in Wednesday’s walk-through.

Running back Dion Lewis (hand) was listed as a full participant and does not have an injury designation, nor does wide receiver Darius Slayton (foot) after his limited participation in Wednesday’s session.
