The Atlanta Falcons bolstered both lines Thursday, announcing the re-signing of edge rusher Steven Means and the signings of defensive tackle Jonathan Bullard and offensive lineman Josh Andrews.

All are one-year deals.

Means played in 16 games (11 starts) last season in Atlanta and set career-highs with 38 total tackles, three sacks, six quarterback hits and two forced fumbles. The 2021 season will be Means’ third in Atlanta. He was drafted by Tampa Bay in the fifth round of the 2013 draft.

Bullard appeared in just six games last season for Seattle after three seasons in Chicago and a stop in Arizona. Overall, he has 3.5 sacks and 14 quarterback hits in 61 games (11 starts). He was taken in the third round of the 2016 draft by the Bears.

Andrews brings depth to the Falcons’ offensive line after six years with the Philadelphia Eagles (2014-16), Indianapolis Colts (2018-19) and New York Jets last season. He’s made four starts in 40 career games after entering the league as an undrafted free agent.
