Atlanta Falconrs owner Arthur Blank said he isn’t considering any coaching changes after his team is off to a 1-4 start for the second consecutive season.

“We’ve got a lot of football left,” Blank told ESPN. “This staff has performed before. And my hope is they can fix what needs to be fixed and start winning some games.”

Head coach Dan Quinn, 49, is 37-32 in his sixth season with the club, including an NFC championship in 2016 that led to a painful 34-28 overtime loss to the New England Patriots in Super Bowl LI after Atlanta squandered a 25-point lead.

The Falcons finished 7-9 last season after their 1-4 start.

Atlanta lost 52-32 to the Houston Texans on Sunday, its third consecutive loss. Quinn is also the team’s defensive playcaller this season.

“It’s not one thing,” Blank said. “Our players are capable of playing better than they are. They have in the past. And I’m sure they will in the future.

“Obviously, the coaching is not where it needs to be. They’re challenging themselves, questioning themselves, examining everything they know how to examine. That’s all they can do is work really hard at it, take this as seriously as they can, and feel the pain.”

Quinn received a three-year contract extension before the 2018 season, taking him through the 2022 season.
