The Buffalo Bills and Pittsburgh Steelers will face each other on Sunday night in Orchard Park, N.Y., in a game rich with playoff possibilities.

Both are vying to become the latest AFC team to clinch playoff spot after the Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs booked their postseason ticket last weekend.

The Steelers (11-1) enter knowing all they need to advance is a victory. They can even get a playoff spot if they lose, as long as the Las Vegas Raiders lose or tie, the Miami Dolphins lose or tie, or the Tennessee Titans lose.

The Bills (9-3) need a victory Sunday and some help to reach the playoffs by the end of Week 14. They also would need a number of dominos to fall: a Baltimore Ravens loss, a Dolphins loss, a Raiders loss and a New England Patriots loss or tie.

In the NFC, the Green Bay Packers could join the New Orleans Saints as playoff-eligible teams, although they also will need help.

The Packers (9-3) would get in with a road victory against the Detroit Lions on Sunday and a Seattle Seahawks win or tie. A Green Bay victory and an Arizona Cardinals loss or tie would also do the trick, or a Packers win and a Los Angeles Rams loss or tie. Several scenarios exist in which the Packers tie and still become playoff-eligible thanks to other results.

Division-clinching scenarios also are aplenty.

The Chiefs earned their sixth consecutive trip to the playoffs with a 22-16 victory Sunday night over the Denver Broncos. They now can earn their fifth consecutive AFC West title with a victory or a tie Sunday at Miami, or if the Raiders lose or tie against the Indianapolis Colts.

The Steelers would clinch the AFC North title with a victory and a Cleveland Browns loss.

The Saints (10-2) would clinch their fourth consecutive NFC South title with a victory over the Philadelphia Eagles. They also would clinch the division with a Tampa Bay Buccaneers loss, or if both New Orleans and Tampa Bay play to ties this weekend.

The Packers would clinch the NFC North with a victory and a Minnesota Vikings loss or tie. If the Packers tie the Lions, they capture the division crown with a Vikings loss.
