Denver Broncos running back Phillip Lindsay has been ruled out of the second half against Kansas City due to a concussion.

Lindsay left after a helmet-to-helmet hit by Chiefs defensive back Daniel Sorensen late in the first half. Lindsay went to the tent on the sidelines to be evaluated before being led to the locker room.

Lindsay had rushed for a game-high 79 yards on nine carries in the first two quarters.

A third-year pro, Lindsay has 204 yards rushing on the season and is coming off back-to-back 1,000-yard seasons with the Broncos, including a Pro Bowl campaign as a rookie in 2018.
