The Tennessee Titans traded the No. 1 pick to the Los Angeles Rams and the second pick in the draft was dealt from the Cleveland Browns to the Philadelphia Eagles.

Most expect quarterbacks Carson Wentz (North Dakota State) and Jared Goff (Cal) to be picked 1-2, giving the Chargers their pick of all non-quarterbacks in the 2016 NFL Draft.

The top three picks in the draft have been traded only three other times — 1967, 1975 and 1997.

Florida State defensive back Jalen Ramsey is thought to be the primary target of multiple teams drafting behind the Chargers, including the Dallas Cowboys at No. 4 and Jacksonville (fifth).

Telesco could sit tight and draft Ramsey for the Chargers, who lost longtime safety Eric Weddle in free agency, or opt for Ole Miss offensive tackle Laremy Tunsil. NFLDraftScout.com rates Tunsil as the No. 1 prospect in the draft.

Ohio State defensive end Joey Bosa and UCLA linebacker Myles Jack are also in the conversation for teams picking in and around the top five.

If the Chargers move down, they could still land Tunsil or the No. 2 offensive tackle prospect in the draft, Notre Dame’s Ronnie Stanley. Stanley is a sure top-10 pick according to NFLDraftScout.com.

They might also be able to nab Jack, who some scouts believe is sliding because of knee damage. Jack suffered a torn ACL last season and others have publicly downplayed the so-called injury concern, calling it a draft smokescreen.
