The Miami Dolphins released running back De’Lance Turner on Saturday.

Turner saw action in eight games for the Dolphins last season and carried the ball four times for 6 yards on a total of five offensive snaps. He also played 137 snaps on special teams.

The Dolphins signed him off the Baltimore Ravens’ practice squad on Nov. 5.

Turner played in four games for the Ravens in 2018, tallying one carry for 4 yards and two receptions for 17 yards.

The 24-year-old Turner played college football at Alcorn State and set a school record with 1,357 rushing yards in 2017. But he wasn’t selected in the 2018 draft, and the Ravens signed him as an undrafted free agent.
