–Since the Dolphins hired head coach Adam Gase in time for the 2016 season, Miami is 19-6 in games decided by eight points or less. They are 6-1 in that “one-score-difference” category this season.

–Dolphins quarterback Ryan Tannehill, who returned to action last week after missing five games with a shoulder injury, was asked how he feels: “I feel good. I got hit a few times, but I didn’t get dinged up or anything like that. My shoulder is not 100 percent, but it is trending in the right direction.”

–Dolphins running back Frank Gore needs 43 yards to pass LaDainian Tomlinson for fifth place on the all-time NFL list for most yards from scrimmage.
