–Quarterback Ryan Tannehill on last week’s miracle win over the Patriots: “Knowing we had one shot with minimal probability to be successful and have that 0.1 percent-chance play pay off is pretty incredible. It just hits you all at once. I just collapsed.”

Tannehill is sixth in the NFL in passer rating. It’s a nebulous stat, but Tannehill’s 105.7 passer rating is the best of his career and the best by a Dolphins quarterback since Dan Marino in 1984.

–Left tackle Laremy Tunsil is one of two NFL left tackles with one or less sacks allowed this season.

–Defensive end Cam Wake has 96.5 sacks since 2011. Only Von Miller of the Denver Broncos, who has 97 sacks, is more of a sack-master during that span.

–Head coach Adam Gase on Miami’s 1-5 road record: “Some of it has to do with who you’re playing. We’ve played some really good teams on the road.”

–Running back Frank Gore on how he is still productive at age 35: “I still have love for the game. I feel good.”

BY THE NUMBERS: Minus-51 — The Dolphins have been outscored by 51 points this season but have still managed a winning record so far at 7-6.
